🚕 CabAtlas: World Taxi Guide is an independent educational reference for iPhone and iPad. We built it for people who want one steady place to learn how taxis work worldwide — and for working drivers who need a private, offline toolkit to understand real earnings.
🗺️ Inside the app you explore world taxi types, earn passport stamps, browse country ride-hailing apps, study on the USA Taxi Map, take quizzes, and use safety checklists. Drivers log trips, fuel, maintenance, and rentals in My Desk — all stored on your device.
📱 Home Screen widgets show a daily taxi fact and your quiz streak. Ride Prep Live Activity is a user-started safety checklist — not live trip tracking. iPad layouts adapt with comfortable two-column views across My Desk and reports.
Important: CabAtlas does not dispatch taxis, book rides, process payments, or replace emergency services. Third-party brands (Uber, Lyft, Bolt, Curb) are referenced informatively only — CabAtlas is not affiliated with any operator.

Your records stay on your device.
CabAtlas is designed around local storage. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not sell your personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how CabAtlas: World Taxi Guide (the "Application") handles information when you use our taxi education and driver journal app. The Application is provided by Flowe Boutique LLC, 7551 Dilido Blvd FL 3, Miramar, Florida 33023-6520, United States ("we", "us", or "our").
Information We Collect
CabAtlas does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number inside the app. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Bookmarked taxi destinations and favorite countries
- Quiz scores, streaks, badges, and Travel Passport stamps
- My Desk records: trips, fuel entries, maintenance logs, and car rental details
- Onboarding and app preferences
- Widget display data shared between the app and Home Screen widgets
Location
If you grant permission, CabAtlas uses When-In-Use location access on the USA Taxi Map to sort educational pins by distance. Location is processed on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can deny or revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings.
Bundled Content & Maps
Taxi history, quizzes, safety tips, fare guides, ride-app directories, and map pin data ship as bundled JSON and GeoJSON files inside the app. The USA Taxi Map uses Apple MapKit to display educational pins. Opening a pin may offer a link to Apple Maps for navigation — that action is handled by iOS, not by our servers.
Third-Party Links
The Country Apps directory includes App Store links to third-party ride-hailing apps (such as Uber, Lyft, Bolt, and Curb) for informational purposes only. When you tap a link, you leave CabAtlas and Apple's App Store terms apply. We do not transmit your personal data to these companies.
Live Activity & Widgets
If you start Ride Prep Live Activity or add Home Screen widgets, those features use Apple's system frameworks on your device. We do not receive the content of your Lock Screen or widget data on our servers.
How We Use Information
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to profile, share, or sell. All app features — education reference, quizzes, map, safety tools, and My Desk — operate using data stored on your device.
Data Storage & Retention
All of your content remains in the app's private storage on your device. There is no cloud sync and no remote backup operated by us. Deleting the app permanently removes associated local data from your device.
Children's Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted to us, the app is suitable for general audiences under COPPA and similar standards.
Your Control
You can edit or delete your local data at any time through the app — reset quiz progress, clear My Desk entries, or uninstall the Application to remove all stored content from your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — local storage, no accounts, no sale of personal data — will not change without clear notice.
